XM CANADA ADDS NEW CHANNELS TO OFFER EVEN MORE CHOICE ON SATELLITE RADIO

New channels include ESPNEWS, ESPN Radio, Radio Disney and more

XM Canada, the country's premier provider of satellite radio, today announced it will increase its channel offering to provide listeners with the most choice and the greatest variety in Canada.

"We are thrilled to offer our subscribers even more of the best programming in satellite radio," said Stewart Lyons, executive vice president of XM Canada. "It is through our strong commitment to entertain our listeners that we lead the Canadian market with the most channels and the most selection including 70 commercial-free music channels - simply put, we offer the most selection hands down."

In addition to the ATN-Asian Radio channel announced on September 18, XM Canada subscribers will receive more of the best in commercial-free music, compelling talk, comedy, entertainment and exciting sports. Starting today, new channel additions will include up-to-the-minute information by the leading sports provider, ESPNEWS and ESPN Radio, and Radio Disney, a magical music channel tailor made for kids and tweens. XM Canada's college sports programming will also be strengthened as football and basketball games from the PAC 10 and BIG 12 conferences are added to the current coverage of the ACC and SEC conferences.

"Our enhanced sports lineup further solidifies XM Canada's position as the leader in sports programming," said Lyons. "Not only do we have an exclusive agreement to broadcast every team and every game for the next eight NHL seasons, but we also cover MLB, PGA Golf, IndyCar Racing and much more."

• IndyCar Series Racing - tune in to live race coverage, pre-race programming and IndyCar Series updates
• PAC 10 - your college sports connection to full play-by-play coverage of PAC-10 football and men's and women's basketball
• Big 12 - your station for everything Big 12; from men's and women's basketball games and tournaments, to full coverage of every Texas Longhorn football game and in-conference Oklahoma State football game plus much more
• ATN-Asian Radio - the South Asian community's connection to the latest in news, sports, and entertainment delivered in English with programming in Punjabi, Hindi, and other South Asian languages
