CRTC RE-STRUCTURES CORPORATE SERVICES AND OPERATIONS DIVISION

Ottawa-Gatineau – On December 15, 2005, the CRTC announced a Commission-wide structural re-organization to respond to the rapidly changing industries and the blurring of traditional boundaries and lines of business.

 

The objective behind the new structure of the Corporate Services and Operations Division is to create teams that are more flexible and effective in responding to members of the public, the media and all other industry stakeholders. As part of these changes, we are announcing new key contacts as well as reminding you of those that remain unchanged.

 

Planning and Process Division

This division oversees all Commission processes. It is responsible for managing all public hearings, processes related to fast-tracking applications, Canadian Program Certification and external liaison. For more information, stakeholders should direct questions to any of the following staff:
