STREAMLINING OUR PROCESSES: ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE CRTC WILL BE RECEIVED THROUGH A SINGLE POINT OF ENTRY

CRTC Release

Ottawa-Gatineau – In order to provide a more effective and efficient service to our clients, all correspondence with the CRTC will now be received through a single point of entry commencing July 10, 2006. The CRTC has already proceeded in this fashion for the submission of applications, interventions/comments and for the reception of complaints and inquiries.

Therefore, as of July 10, 2006, the electronic addresses procedure@crtc.gc.ca, MediaRelations@crtc.gc.ca, webmaster@crtc.gc.ca and library@crtc.gc.ca will be re-directed to on-line forms. As of that date, all correspondence must be submitted by filling out one of the forms. You can access the forms on our website (www.crtc.gc.ca) by selecting "Contact Us" and then choosing the appropriate form.

Please note that any correspondence sent directly to a CRTC personal e-mail address may not be considered an official submission to the CRTC.

We thank you for your usual cooperation.
